Job Title: Paid Media Buyer
Job Type: Full-time / Remote
Work Hours: 9-5 PST
Job Overview:
We’re helping our client, a fast-growing DTC eCommerce brand, find a savvy Paid Media Buyer who can turn ad budgets into measurable growth. This role is ideal for a data-driven, creative, and results-oriented individual with experience managing paid media campaigns in an eCommerce environment.
In this role, you will develop, implement, and optimize media buying strategies across multiple digital platforms while driving paid traffic, improving ROAS, and ensuring campaigns reach the right audience at the right time.
Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google, Pinterest, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, and more Key Focus: Pinterest, X, Snapchat, Reddit, CTV
• Manage daily ad spend and budgets to maximize campaign effectiveness and profitability
• Perform audience research to define target demographics and build audience segments
• Analyze and interpret campaign data to optimize performance and ensure KPIs such as CPA and ROAS are met
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives (copy, images, videos)
• Monitor and analyze competitors’ digital advertising strategies
• Report on campaign performance with actionable insights and recommendations
• Stay up to date with paid media trends and emerging platforms
• Test and implement new media buying tools and technologies
Requirements:
Must-Have:
• +3 years of proven experience as a Media Buyer (preferably in eCommerce)
• Hands-on experience with:
• Facebook Ads Manager
• Google Ads
• Pinterest Ads
• TikTok Ads
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience managing budgets and optimizing ad spend for maximum ROI
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of audience segmentation, retargeting strategies, and creative testing
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented
Nice-to-Have:
• Experience with CTV advertising
• Experience with Reddit, Snapchat, or X advertising
• Experience in DTC brands
• Experience testing new media buying tools and technologies
