Paid Media Account Manager
Required Skills
Job Description
Are you obsessed with turning clicks into leases? Do you thrive on building client relationships just as much as you love optimizing a campaign?
Respage is looking for a Paid Media Account Manager to join our award-winning, fully remote team. This is not a behind-the-scenes role — it is equal parts hands-on paid media execution and high-touch client relationship management. You will own the full lifecycle of Google and Meta Ads campaigns for a portfolio of multifamily property management clients, while also serving as their primary point of contact, trusted advisor, and day-to-day resource. Your clients will rely on you, and you will take pride in that accountability.
If you are someone who is just as comfortable jumping on a client call as you are digging into campaign performance — and if responsiveness, professionalism, and attention to detail are simply how you operate — we want to hear from you.
How You'll Make an Impact (Key Responsibilities)
Campaign Management & Execution:
You will launch, manage, and optimize high-performing PPC campaigns across the full suite of Google Ads (Search, PMax, Display) and Meta Ads. Your day-to-day will include monitoring spend pacing, maintaining account hygiene, QA-ing campaigns before and after launch, and optimizing for key metrics including CPA and ROAS. Clean accounts, accurate tracking, and consistent execution are your standard.
Client Ownership & Communication:
You are the primary point of contact for your client portfolio — and this is not a secondary part of the job. You will lead regular performance meetings, respond to client inquiries with urgency and professionalism, set clear expectations, and be the expert your clients count on. Exceptional follow-through and responsive communication are not optional here — they are the baseline.
Strategy & Consulting:
You will not just execute campaigns — you will help shape them. You will develop and present paid media strategies, deliver ongoing recommendations on budget allocation, audience targeting, and ad creative direction, and ensure every campaign reflects each client's current leasing and occupancy goals. Your clients should always feel like they have a knowledgeable strategist in their corner.
Reporting & Data Storytelling:
You will translate campaign data into clear, compelling narratives. Monthly performance reports should not just show numbers — they should tell the story of the client's ROI, highlight wins, surface opportunities, and reinforce the value of the partnership.
Process & Operational Excellence:
You will work within established playbooks, SOPs, and naming conventions to ensure consistency across the portfolio. You will log issues, document campaign changes, and provide feedback that helps improve workflows and reporting accuracy.
What You Bring to the Table (Qualifications)
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and/or Meta Ads campaigns, agency or in-house
• Strong understanding of CPC bidding, keyword strategy, account structure, and performance metrics
• Experience building and managing campaigns across the full lifecycle from setup to optimization
• Outstanding client-facing skills — you build rapport quickly, communicate clearly, follow up consistently, and never let things fall through the cracks
• A natural sense of accountability and ownership over your portfolio
• Exceptional attention to detail in both campaign execution and client communication
• Comfort working within structured systems, SOPs, and repeatable processes
• Proficiency in setting up and troubleshooting conversion tracking
• Experience in the multifamily industry is a big plus but not required
Your Technical Toolbox
• Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio
• Google Ads Editor is a plus
