Job Description
Paid Media Account Manager — Greater Philadelphia Area (Remote)
We See You — Even If Your Path Wasn't Perfectly Linear
Have you spent time in a broader marketing role where paid ads were part of your toolkit, but not your entire job?
We want to hear from you. At Respage, we believe that marketers who have worked directly with clients, managed campaigns end-to-end, and navigated real business goals bring something that pure specialists sometimes don't — perspective. If you've touched Google or Meta Ads in a marketing capacity and you're ready to go deeper, we'd love to review your resume.
Who We Are
Respage is an award-winning, fully remote team helping multifamily property management companies grow through smart, data-driven marketing. We're collaborative, accountable, and genuinely passionate about what we do — and we take care of the people who help us do it.
The Opportunity
Are you obsessed with turning clicks into leases? Do you thrive on building client relationships just as much as you love optimizing a campaign?
We're looking for a Paid Media Account Manager to join our team and own the full lifecycle of Google and Meta Ads campaigns for a portfolio of multifamily property management clients — while also serving as their primary point of contact, trusted advisor, and day-to-day resource.
This is not a behind-the-scenes role. It's equal parts hands-on paid media execution and high-touch client relationship management. Your clients will rely on you, and you'll take pride in that accountability.
If you're just as comfortable jumping on a client call as you are digging into campaign performance — and if responsiveness, professionalism, and attention to detail are simply how you operate — we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
Campaign Management & Execution Launch, manage, and optimize high-performing PPC campaigns across Google Ads (Search, PMax, Display) and Meta Ads. You'll monitor spend pacing, maintain account hygiene, QA campaigns before and after launch, and optimize for key metrics including CPA and ROAS. Clean accounts, accurate tracking, and consistent execution are your standard.
Client Ownership & Communication You are the primary point of contact for your client portfolio — and this is a core part of the role, not an afterthought. You'll lead regular performance meetings, respond to client inquiries with urgency and professionalism, set clear expectations, and be the expert your clients count on.
Strategy & Consulting You won't just execute campaigns — you'll help shape them. You'll develop and present paid media strategies, deliver ongoing recommendations on budget allocation, audience targeting, and ad creative direction, and ensure every campaign reflects each client's current leasing and occupancy goals.
Reporting & Data Storytelling You'll translate campaign data into clear, compelling narratives. Monthly performance reports aren't just numbers — they tell the story of a client's ROI, highlight wins, surface opportunities, and reinforce the value of the partnership.
Process & Operational Excellence You'll work within established playbooks, SOPs, and naming conventions to ensure consistency across the portfolio. You'll log issues, document campaign changes, and provide feedback that helps improve workflows and reporting accuracy.
What You Bring
This role is a great fit if you have:
1–3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and/or Meta Ads — whether in a dedicated paid media role or as part of a broader marketing position
Strong understanding of CPC bidding, keyword strategy, account structure, and performance metrics
Outstanding client-facing skills — you build rapport quickly, communicate clearly, follow up consistently, and never let things fall through the cracks
A natural sense of accountability and ownership
Exceptional attention to detail in both campaign execution and communication
Comfort working within structured systems, SOPs, and repeatable processes
Experience setting up and troubleshooting conversion tracking
Bonus points for:
Experience in the multifamily / property management industry
A background in a client-facing marketing role — account management, marketing coordinator, digital marketing specialist, etc.
Familiarity with Google Ads Editor
Your Technical Toolbox
Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio
Google Ads Editor (a plus)
Meta Ads Manager
