Job Title: Paid Marketing Manager
Job Type: Full-time

Work Hours: Monday–Friday (PST)
Job Overview:
We’re helping our client, a fast-growing DTC wellness e-commerce brand, find a Paid Marketing Manager to own and scale paid acquisition across multiple channels. This role is focused on driving profitable growth, improving acquisition efficiency, and collaborating cross-functionally to maximise ROAS and LTV.
The ideal candidate is highly hands-on, data-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment.
Responsibilities:
• Own and scale paid media efforts across Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest and other relevant platforms
• Manage full-funnel paid acquisition, from prospecting to retargeting
• Plan, launch, test, and optimise campaigns with a strong focus on ROAS, CAC and LTV
• Analyse performance data and translate insights into clear optimisation actions
• Collaborate closely with creative, CRO, and lifecycle teams on ad concepts, testing frameworks, and iteration
• Monitor budgets, pacing, and performance on a daily and weekly basis
• Test landing pages, offers, and funnels in partnership with CRO and web teams
• Stay up to date with platform changes, tracking updates, and paid media best practices
Requirements:
• Strong e-commerce paid marketing background (DTC experience required)
• Hands-on experience managing ads across multiple platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok minimum)
• Proven ability to scale spend while maintaining or improving performance
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with attribution tools and dashboards
• Experience working with Shopify-based brands
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment
• Excellent communication and ownership mindset
