About the Role:
In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in children aged 0-18. You will work closely with families, educators, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualised therapy plans tailored to each child's needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop targeted treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapy sessions in individual and group settings.
• Collaborate with families and educators to support children's communication goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and outcomes.
• Stay current with best practices in paediatric speech therapy and participate in professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
• A degree in Speech Pathology and current registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
• Experience working with children in a clinical or educational setting is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
