The Hospital & Department

This is a major regional referral hospital servicing a large and diverse catchment area across regional WA.

The Paediatric Department includes:

• Consultant Paediatricians with broad subspecialty interests
• A dedicated paediatric ward
• Special Care Nursery support
• Active involvement in outreach and regional health services
• Strong multidisciplinary collaboration
• Excellent exposure to acute and complex presentations

You will gain valuable experience managing a wide spectrum of paediatric cases, with meaningful responsibility and direct consultant supervision.

The Role

As an Advanced Trainee Registrar, you will:

• Manage inpatient and outpatient paediatric cases
• Participate in on-call and acute paediatric presentations
• Work closely with experienced consultant paediatricians
• Be involved in teaching, case discussions, and service development
