Required Skills
Job Description
Paediatric Physiotherapist — South East Melbourne | Full-Time or Part-Time
I’m currently partnering with a well-established clinic in South East Melbourne that’s looking to bring on a Paediatric Physiotherapist to step straight into a busy, ready-made caseload.
This is not a slow-build role — you’ll be walking into a full diary from day one.
The Role
This position is 100% paediatrics, working alongside a broader team of physios in a supportive clinic environment.
Your caseload will include:
• NDIS clients — neurodivergent children, developmental delays, neurological and genetic conditions
• Private patients — infants with feeding/packaging challenges, delayed milestones
• Common presentations like toe walking, intoeing, and occasional MSK cases
It’s a nice balance of complex and routine work, with enough variety to keep things interesting.
Why this role stands out
• Full caseload from the start — consistently booked out for months
• Strong earning potential — base salary + commission structure
• Structured mentorship available (particularly valuable for adolescent/MSK crossover cases)
• Clinical autonomy — no micromanagement or rigid treatment models
• Purpose-built paediatric treatment spaces
• Solid admin support so you can focus on patients, not paperwork
• Genuinely positive, team-first culture with regular PD and social catch-ups
• Easy access via public transport + parking available
Who we’re looking for
• A physio who genuinely enjoys working with children and families
• Comfortable managing an NDIS caseload independently
• Confident clinician who knows when to collaborate
• Someone who takes ownership of their work and shows initiative
• High energy, positive attitude, and strong communication skills
Most importantly - someone who actually cares about outcomes.
Salary
• $85,000 – $125,000 base (depending on experience)
• Plus commission structure with strong earning potential beyond this
