Position Overview
We are seeking motivated and safety-focused
Pad Builders to support construction activities in remote and mountainous environments. This role involves physical labor, material handling, and construction or fabrication work, often in challenging terrain. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, comfortable working outdoors, and able to follow drawings, procedures, and safety protocols.
Minimum Requirements
Ability to use and accurately read a standard tape measure
Construction or fabrication experience
Material handling and/or general physical labor experience
Ability to read and understand blueprints and shop drawings
Preferred Qualifications
Mountain hazard awareness and risk assessment skills; comfortable working in mountainous terrain
Strong foundation in residential or commercial construction
Previous experience working in and around helicopters
Ability to lift and carry 35–50 lbs repeatedly
Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and safety procedures
Experience using chainsaws, power tools, and/or welding equipment
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Work performed outdoors in remote and potentially rugged conditions
Exposure to varying weather and terrain
Physically demanding role requiring lifting, carrying, bending, and standing for extended periods
Additional Information
Training provided as needed for site-specific procedures
Emphasis on safety, teamwork, and adherence to established protocols
Compensation: Pay based on experience level
