Packaging Associate – 1st Shift
Location: Sterling Heights, MI
Area: 14 1/2 Mile Road & Mound
Shift: 1st Shift, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Pay: $15.50/hour

We are currently hiring Packaging Associates for a facility in Sterling Heights, MI. This position involves preparing and repackaging automotive parts for shipment to dealerships in a clean, fast-paced work environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Package and repackage automotive parts according to company guidelines
• Inspect parts and packaging for accuracy, damage, and quality
• Label, sort, and organize parts for shipment
• Follow packing instructions and production requirements
• Prepare completed orders for delivery or distribution
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
• Support other packaging and production tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Previous packaging, warehouse, or production experience is a plus
• Automotive parts experience is helpful but not required
• Must be detail-oriented and able to work at a steady pace
• Must be dependable and punctual
• Strong attendance is important
• Must be able to stand for extended periods
• Must be able to work in a team environment
