The Role
We’re looking for a Packing Operator for the afternoon shift to support our production lines, ensuring products meet quality and food safety standards. This is a full time (40 hours), permanent role, working Monday to Friday, 2:00pm – 10:30pm.
This is a hands‑on role primarily based in packing, with the flexibility to support other production areas when required.
Responsibilities:
Assist with packing line setup and operation
Carry out packing, quality checks and line cleaning
Complete basic production and packing records
Lift and handle raw materials (up to 25kg)
Monitor waste and report issues
Follow GMP, food safety and H&S requirements
About You
You’re reliable, hands‑on and detail‑focused, with the ability to follow procedures accurately in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
You will bring:
1+ year packing experience in a manufacturing environment
Mixing experience (ideal)
Experience with automatic machinery (advantageous)
Strong attention to detail to follow SOPs
Good literacy and numeracy skills
Physical capability to lift to 25kg safely
Current forklift license (preferred)
