Packaging Team Leader - Epping, Cape Town

Overall Responsibility: The team leader is responsible for ensuring a brewery's products are packed correctly and made ready for distribution. They manage a team of staff involved in various packaging and warehousing processes, including bottling, canning, boxing, kegging and palletising. Run a shift when required; attend to after hours requirements on the line.

Inspire and motivate the broader SHP team (not just your direct reports) to deliver on goals and maximize individual and the overall company performance 

Provide overside and direction to your team

Recruit, development and performance management of your direct reports

Requirements of the Role

Matric certificate or relevant equivalent high school diploma

Minimum of 2 years experience as a Process Operator or Process Artisan on high speed packaging lines

Attention to detail and familiarity with industrial equipment

Excellent physical condition and coordination
