The mission of this role 

Prepare, monitor and control the planning stages of the project, establishing and maintaining the timelines to deliver in time prioritizing client and company expectations. 

Key Responsibilities  

Take over, manage and control the different stages of the project once is agreed between the commercial department and the client 

Responsible for the management and coordination of the project stage referred to New Developments same as Standard customizations 

Register / Maintain articles linked to the project in charge in the system following the company procedures 

Ensure customer validation, compliance and approval of newly or modified items by setting technical documents to define the product specifications 

Open to coordinate visits with Sales to Customers to discuss technical requirements and needs. 

Active participation by investigating and knowing what his clients portfolio could need and where they can be targeted (close cooperation with the Sales Team) 

Requirements 

Experience in project management 

Excellent communicator 

Strong Organisational skills,  ability to prioritise tasks effectively and work with deadlines

Advanced English and Italian level

Highly motivated and flexible, ability to work on own and as part of a team 

Experience with SAP desirable  

Experience in the Packaging Industry desirable
