This individual will be responsible for the design packaging in APAC region. Responsibilities will include design, development, validation, and implementation of packaging solutions for raw materials and finished goods to meet material flow requirements in a lean environment

Work related to group:

• Packaging proposal definition for defined product, incl. packaging quotation, design, validation, internal release包装方案确定，包含， 新项目包装报价，包装设计，包装验证，内部评审及放行等
• Control and approve the packaging proposal for raw material from supplier based on Bosch package standard基于包装标准，对原材料供应商的正常供货包装进行控制以及批准
• Maintain packaging related systems (SAP etc) in time with high quality 及时准确的维护包装相关系统数据(SAP etc)
• Customer/supplier communication, and customer complaint handling for defined area, follow improvement for internal complaint caused by supplier packaging design在所负责的区域内，包装相关问题的客户/供应商对接， 对客户投诉进行处理，跟进因为原材料包装设计所导致的内部投诉
• Drive projects of packaging design standardization, purchasing bundling, package supply network optimization in plants and business units.推动工厂、事业部的包装设计标准化，包材采购集中化，包材供应网络优化等项目
• Engage in  in-depth communication with factory/business units, packaging purchasing team, etc. to identify current status of packaging management, pain points, and improvement expectation. Then promote the implementation of packaging management improvement projects to meet the goals of cost savings, efficiency gains, and CO2 emission reduction.与工厂/事业部以及包装采购等开展深入沟通,识别目前的包装管理现状，痛点以及改善诉求。推动包装管理改善项目落地实施，以达到成本节约，效率提生以及CO2节能减排的目标。
• Develop and manage project plans properly, assess project risks, and prevent risks and ensure project objectives are met制定项目计划，管理项目计划，评估项目风险，进行风险预防, 确保项目目标的达成。
• Actively provide consultant to Asia Pacific plants for packaging topics, support on other Asia Pacific plants package improvements if needed.主动为亚太区其他工厂提供包装事宜的咨询服务，并根据需求可以为其他工厂的包装改善活动提供支持
• Cooperate with other packaging engineers to deliver results and ensure customer satisfaction.与其他包装工程师合作，确保成果交付以及客户满意。

• Bachelor Degree, Master is a plus; Above 2 years working experience; Majored in Packaging engineering or with the background of purchasing and logistics supply chain management
• No travel restrictions & Flexible working location
• Deep knowledge/theory about packaging material (cardboard, pallet, PS, PP, EPP material,  rack) and design principle
• Very good level of CAD, Solid Works drawing programs
• Customer oriented thinking and good communication skills
• Strong analytical thinking skills and sense of cost/benefit
• Eager to learn, initiative taker
• Working experience of Auto-industry is a plus
• English (good in writing and communication)
