Packaging Designer

We’re seeking a talented Packaging Designer to join our team and drive creative innovation in packaging design. This role will support the development and implementation of creative packaging strategies while maintaining brand identity in collaboration with the Senior Packaging Designer and Design Director.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with the Design Director and cross-functional team members to
conceptualize and develop innovative packaging strategies for Intimates Apparel products.

Create cutting-edge packaging designs that align with brand guidelines.

Prepare artwork for printing production and ensure quality and consistency across all packaging and product categories.

Maintain brand identity across different categories and deliver designs that meet high standards.

Stay current with design trends and apply this knowledge to packaging projects.

Retouch imagery as needed for packaging projects.

Develop and present packaging design concepts for team review.

Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.

Creative problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, or a related field preferred.
4+ years of experience in graphic design or packaging design.

Proficiency in the MAC environment and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom).

Strong attention to detail and familiarity with printing production artwork and processes.

In-depth understanding of printing materials and techniques.

Expertise in packaging, typography, and branding.

Proven photo retouching skills are essential.

Experience in Intimates apparel, cosmetics, or women’s products is a plus.
