We are currently seeking a talented Package Specialist in SAP HR to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will focus on implementing and configuring SAP HR solutions that align with our clients' business needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient management of human resources processes, from payroll and recruitment to talent management and employee development.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in SAP HR implementation and support.
• Proven expertise in SAP HR modules, including PA (Personnel Administration), OM (Organizational Management), and PY (Payroll).
• Experience in configuring SAP HR solutions to meet client-specific requirements.
• Strong understanding of HR business processes and practices.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Certification in SAP HR is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
