Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients to understand their user requirements and identify areas for UX improvement.
• Design, prototype, and implement user-centric interfaces for SAP applications.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and refine design concepts.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure that design specifications are effectively implemented.
• Create detailed documentation of UX designs and processes to guide implementation.
• Stay updated on the latest UX trends and best practices, as well as updates in SAP technologies.
• Provide training and support to clients on new UX features and functionalities.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in user experience design, with a focus on SAP solutions preferred.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX design and usability principles.
• Experience with SAP UI5, Fiori, or other SAP UX design frameworks.
• Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with clients and development teams effectively.
• Certification in UX design is a plus.
