Responsibilities:

Recruit and onboard advertisers, ensuring compliance and smooth launch

Promote platform services, expand user base, and build local brand presence

Provide merchant support, resolve transaction issues, and improve retention

Submit monthly performance reports and share market feedback

Qualifications:

Have community management/ promotion experience at other CEX or DEXs

Able to speak and understand English and Arabic, Spanish / Portuguese or Japanese

Strong promotion, communication, and merchant engagement skills

Familiar with compliance / crypto trends in target regions, with clean industry record

Operate or own a P2P/crypto community with ≥500 active members

Add-on: Complete ≥10 trades on RedotPay P2P (both as Taker & Maker), total ≥500 USDT will be a plus
