Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for delivering excellent service? We are looking for a proactive Purchase to Pay Administrator to join our specialist team. As a P2P Administrator, you will be the heartbeat of our financial operations. You’ll ensure that our suppliers are paid accurately and on time while acting as a key point of contact for internal colleagues and external partners. This role isn't just about data entry, it's about investigating queries, managing relationships, and ensuring our financial controls are watertight.

• Query Resolution: Investigate and resolve supplier and customer queries via phone and email
• Financial Control: Perform regular supplier statement reconciliations and manage aged credit/debit items to keep our ledger healthy
• System Management: Upload credit card statements and import One bills, ensuring all data is captured within our Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

• Compliance & Audit: Ensure all financial transactions and record-keeping strictly adhere to internal audit requirements and company policies
• Collaboration: Work closely with the wider business to ensure procedures are followed and contribute to a positive team culture
About You
We value attitude and potential as much as experience. While a background in P2P is a plus, it isn’t a deal-breaker if you have the right skills:
• Excellent telephony and written skills. You can explain complex info clearly and calmly
• The ability to hit tight deadlines and maintain high accuracy under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
