You are a skilled multi‑tasker who works independently while managing a wide range of complex and confidential administrative responsibilities in support of your team. You communicate effectively with Owners, guests, and colleagues, proactively anticipate needs, resolve issues, and assist your team with various projects. You remain calm, focused, and solution‑oriented, even during the busiest moments in the office.

What you will be doing:

• Coordinate Owner and Guest reservations and benefits in alignment with project documents.
• Serve as a primary source of information for the team, Owners, and guests while acting as a liaison with all lodge departments.
• Manage and maintain all pre‑arrival itinerary processes.
• Build and nurture strong Owner relationships to support brand and property loyalty.
• Utilize Owner and Resident profiles to provide highly personalized and anticipatory service.

• Previous guest service experience required. Luxury environment preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong ability to prioritize and manage tasks in a fast‑paced environment with multiple demands.
• Proven ability to handle complex and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
• Proficiency with a variety of computer software; Microsoft Office required. Experience with Property Management Systems is an asset.
• Demonstrated capability to work effectively both independently and with minimal supervision.

Starting hourly wage: $22.62/hr
