Job Title: Overnight Floor Keeper / Housekeeping Associate

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: 11:00 PM–7:00 AM, Monday through Friday, with availability to work weekends and holidays.

Job Overview
We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Overnight Floor Keeper / Housekeeping Associate to join our Environmental Services team. This position is responsible for maintaining floors and providing general cleaning services to ensure a safe, clean, and sanitary environment throughout the facility.

The ideal candidate will have experience with floor care equipment and be comfortable performing both floor maintenance and general housekeeping duties during overnight shifts.

Key Responsibilities

Perform floor care including buffing, scrubbing, and mopping

Operate floor machines such as buffers, auto scrubbers, and vacuums

Clean and sanitize restrooms, hallways, offices, and common areas

Sweep, mop, and maintain floors throughout assigned areas

Remove trash and replace liners

Dust and disinfect surfaces

Restock cleaning supplies when needed

Follow safety procedures and facility cleaning standards

Complete assigned tasks during scheduled shift

Qualifications

Previous floor care or janitorial experience preferred

Experience operating floor equipment is a plus

Ability to work overnight shifts

Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

Ability to lift up to 25–40 lbs, bend, stand, and walk for extended periods

Strong attention to detail
