Job Title: Overhead Crane Operator / Painter
Location: Richmond, VA
Shift: 2nd Shift
Pay Rate: Up to $23.00/hour (depending on experience)

Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as an Overhead Crane Operator / Painter. This role works with our outside crew at the shop and includes a mix of equipment operation and painting duties.

Approximately 80% of the role involves operating overhead cranes and material handling, while 20% of the role involves painting, which requires the use of a respirator and appropriate PPE.

Key Responsibilities::
Operating overhead cranes to move steel and materials Jockeying trailers around the yard Operating Pettibones to move steel Unloading trailers Performing painting tasks using a respirator and proper safety equipment Working outdoors in all weather conditions Maintaining strong attendance and reliability

Requirements:
Experience operating cranes and handling materials (training available for the right candidate) Ability to wear a respirator and follow safety protocols Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
