OutSystems Trainer/Facilitator

We are looking for a dedicated and talented OutSystems Trainer/Facilitator to guide and mentor aspiring and experienced developers through a rigorous learning experience. This role will include delivering impactful training sessions, both in-person and remotely, to equip learners with the skills needed for a career in OutSystems development. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, a passion for teaching, and the ability to inspire learners to succeed in the tech industry. The role may also require the trainer to be familiar with other low-code platforms and to provide support to the internal development team as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver interactive and engaging training sessions on OutSystems development practices.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance training curriculum and materials, including manuals, presentations, and hands-on exercises.
• Mentor and evaluate participants, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
• Facilitate both in-person and remote training sessions using instructional technology and online teaching tools.
• Collaborate with teams to tailor and update training programs based on evolving industry needs.
• Foster a positive learning environment that encourages questions, collaboration, and active participation.
• Support internal projects and applications team when required

Requirements:
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with OutSystems development.

• Knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and full-stack web application development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• Proficiency in or willingness to learn instructional technologies and online teaching tools.

• Passion for teaching, critical thinking, and problem-solving.

• Highly effective interpersonal skills and the ability to work in dynamic, team-based environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in online/offline classroom teaching or corporate training.
• Familiarity with technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience designing or revising curriculum and measuring student performance.
