Job Opportunity: Outsystems Solutions Architect/Tech Lead
We are looking for an aspiring individual who is ambitious, outgoing and have the ability to influence and grow the team. The person is someone who enjoys imparting knowledge and skills to new learners and inspire others.

The role also involves technical training delivery as well as technical development work such as designing, developing and implementing software applications using OutSystems to support our customers, stakeholders and lead internal project teams and offshore partners and vendors.

Location will be based either in Philippines or Malaysia

Requirements:
• 10-years of programming, software development and engineering experience,
• At least 6 years in OutSystems 10/11/ODC (preferably 2+ years on Technical Lead Roles and certified in both traditional and reactive)
• Programming skills such as Java, Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS and jQuery.
• Experience with database management and SQL
• Understanding web services and APIs (REST, SOAP) for integrations
• Previous experience as a mentor, trainer, supervisor and some experience in technical delivery and guidance will be an advantage.
• Experience in the full software development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment
• Project Management skills.
• Exceptional, demonstrated written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Customer-centric mindset.
• Team Player and Good Leader.
• Ability to write and speak English fluently.
• Able to multitask with efficiency.
• Able to travel to other locations when required for training new hires or meeting customers.
• Competence in managing both onsite and remote team members.

Good to have:

• Expert Web Developer.
• Expert Developer (O11).
• Teach Lead.
• Good knowledge of UX design principles.
