About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Low Code Developer skilled in OutSystems and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) to design, develop, and deliver scalable low-code solutions. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong technical proficiency, effective communication and presentation skills, and the ability to independently handle client engagements while leading a small team of developers.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Development
• Architect and develop end-to-end applications using OutSystems (Reactive, Traditional, and Mobile) and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Build reusable components, connectors, and frameworks to accelerate development.
• Integrate solutions with APIs, SharePoint, Azure, SQL, and other enterprise systems.
• Apply responsive UI design principles and ensure adherence to performance and security best practices.
• Client & Stakeholder Management
• Work directly with clients and business stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct solution walkthroughs, and provide technical recommendations.
• Participate in client presentations, demos, and status reviews with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Leadership & Delivery
• Lead and mentor a small team of low-code developers.
• Oversee solution delivery, ensuring on-time completion and adherence to project quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, analysts, and testers for seamless delivery.
• Quality & Governance
• Ensure compliance with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) and governance standards across both platforms.
• Promote best practices for documentation, version control, and component reusability.

 

Total Experience Expected: 04-06 years

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Skills
• Proven hands-on experience in OutSystems (Reactive, Mobile, Traditional Web) development including data modeling, logic, UI, and integrations.
• Expertise in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven) and Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop Flows) with strong understanding of Dataverse, SharePoint, and PowerFx.
• Knowledge of Azure Logic Apps, REST APIs, SQL, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS preferred.
• Exposure to environment setup, deployment, and monitoring within OutSystems and Power Platform.
• Professional Skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing capabilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
• Ability to work independently and lead a small team effectively.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery methodology.

• OutSystems Professional Web Developer / Professional Mobile Developer

Microsoft Power Platform:

• PL-100: Power Platform App Maker Associate
• PL-200: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate or PL-400: Power Platform Developer Associate
• PL-600: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
