We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team in London, ON. Under the supervision of the Business Development Director, the Outside Sales Representative is responsible for maintaining and growing the used vehicle market through 3 distinct branches (parts, scrap, wholesale/retail). Working closely with the related sites, Ontario team, and director, the incumbent seeks to develop a pool of customers within their regions. Travelling is required.  
What you’re responsible for: 
• Prospecting and developing new business through cold outreach, site visits, networking, and industry research
• Building and managing a portfolio of supplier accounts, maintaining strong relationships to secure ongoing vehicle supply
• Actively sourcing and purchasing end-of-life and used vehicles from external partners (auto repair shops, dealerships, auctions, etc.)
• Assessing vehicle value and negotiating purchase agreements to ensure competitive pricing and profitability
• Traveling regularly to client sites within the assigned territory to support business development and supplier engagement
• Monitoring daily performance metrics and adjusting sourcing strategies to meet or exceed acquisition targets
• Coordinating with internal teams such as branch managers, yard operations, and logistics to ensure smooth vehicle intake and processing
To join our team:
• You have 5+ years of experience working in sales or related environment
• You have a strong understanding of vehicles and vehicle parts
• You have experience in a related field or industry (towing, automotive recycling, car sales, parts sales or service)
• You have a valid G license
• You have an OMVIC license (preferred)
• You are results-oriented and driven to achieve and exceed targets
• You are independent, resourceful, and proactive
