Outside B2B Sales Representative – Automotive Industry
Victoria, BC | Full-Time | Field-Based
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Compensation: Total on-target earnings of $75,000–$85,000 CAD annually (base with commission) + CRA-compliant mileage reimbursement, and company benefits (health, dental, vision)
Applicants must have at least ONE of the following:
• Experience working in the automotive maintenance industry (repair shop, dealership service department, parts, tools, equipment, fluids, or related supplier)
OR
• Some B2B sales experience in a quota-driven or commission-based role
Wagonmaster is hiring an Outside B2B Sales Representative to grow new business within the automotive maintenance market. This is a true hunter role focused on prospecting, opening doors, and building territory revenue.
Sales experience is helpful but not required. Candidates from automotive maintenance environments who are motivated to move into a sales-focused role are strongly encouraged to apply.
What You Will Do
Prospect and secure new B2B customers within an assigned territory
Conduct in-person cold visits to repair shops, dealerships, and service centres
Build relationships with owners, managers, and technicians
Present and recommend automotive maintenance products and services
Demonstrate products and provide basic training where required
Manage pipeline, activity, and opportunities using CRM
Consistently work toward new business and revenue targets
What You Bring
Background in automotive maintenance environments or some B2B sales experience
Comfortable with in-person prospecting and cold outreach
Self-motivated with strong follow-through
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Ability to work independently in a results-driven role
