Outside B2B Sales Representative – Automotive Industry
Pierce County, WA | Full-Time | Field-Based
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $65,000–$75,000+ annually
(Base + uncapped commission), IRS-compliant mileage reimbursement, and company benefits (health, dental, vision)
Applicants must have at least ONE of the following:
Experience in the automotive maintenance industry (dealerships, repair shops, service departments, parts, tools, equipment, fluids, or related suppliers)
OR
Some B2B sales experience in a quota-driven, field-based role
Sales experience is preferred but not required. Candidates from automotive maintenance environments who are motivated to move into sales are strongly encouraged to apply.
What You Will Do
Prospect, develop, and secure new B2B customers in an assigned territory
Conduct in-person cold visits to repair shops, dealerships, and service centers
Build relationships with owners, managers, and technical decision-makers
Present, demonstrate, and recommend automotive maintenance products and services
Provide hands-on product training to technicians
Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking
Meet clearly defined new business development targets
Gather market and competitive intelligence from the field
What You Bring
Background in automotive maintenance or some B2B sales experience
Comfortable with in-person prospecting and cold outreach
Self-motivated with strong follow-through
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Ability to work independently in a performance-driven role
