La Cucina is a notable venue within Fairmont St Andrews, and we are seeking a Manager to oversee its smooth operation while ensuring the venue is maintained to Fairmont standards
A little more about what you will be doing: 
• To take responsibility for the Food and Beverage operation in La Cucina, allocating appropriate staffing resource monitoring Fairmont standards and assuring they are all met.
• To take responsibility for the checking of schedules, incentives for Food and Beverage Sales, and training.
• To ensure that the standards of service are adhered to and exceeded on each shift.
• To attend to all guest requests, being constantly aware of anticipating guests needs.
• Keep records of purchase orders and expenses.
• Manage staff recruitment alongside of the Human Resource Department.
• Attends to complaints concerning food and beverage services.
• To reorder stock as and when required.
• Observe workplace hygiene, occupational health and safety, and security procedures.
• Responsible for keeping payroll in line with revenues.
• Other Duties as assigned.
• Experience in a similar role is essential.
• Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
• This is a full-time position and will require late-night shifts, as La Cucina is open exclusively for dinner service.
