Join us as a driving force behind exceptional guest experiences and vibrant F&B operations across Sofi’s Lounge & Atrium Bar. You will:

• Elevate guest satisfaction with relentless service improvement, boosting RPS, NPS and overall F&B performance.

• Champion our brand and inspire a fun, high-energy, sales-focused culture that grows revenue and average check.

• Lead creative initiatives, promotional events, and innovative concepts that capture guests and maximise market share.

• Support manpower planning, recruitment, training, and career development for our ambassadors, fostering a strong team culture.

• Analyse trends, refine strategies, and drive profitable forecasting to enhance margins.

• Maintain exceptional service standards, brand compliance, HACCP, safety and a pristine work environment.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, lead communication, and represent F&B at key hotel committees.

• Oversee menu and pricing approvals, supplier relationships, and ensure daily revenue accuracy.

• Create an inspiring, ever-evolving environment where guests love to dine — and ambassadors love to work.

• Proven leadership experience in Food & Beverage with a previous focus on Bars

• Previous hotel experience preferable 

• Strong understanding of guest experience metrics and service improvement strategies

• Demonstrated ability to drive sales, create initiatives, and deliver revenue growth

• Excellent people leadership skills with experience coaching, developing and motivating teams

• Solid knowledge of F&B trends, costing, forecasting and margin optimisation

• Familiarity with HACCP, OH&S practices and brand standards

• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills

• Experience in planning, training, recruitment and team development

• Highly organised, creative and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
