We are looking for an experienced Outbound Team Leader to oversee outbound operations and ensure smooth, timely, and accurate shipment processes. The role involves managing the outbound team, coordinating with the warehouse and inbound teams, and maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee outbound shipment operations, ensuring timely dispatch, smooth workflow, and no backlogs
• Monitor team performance and implement improvement plans when needed
• Ensure compliance with transfer orders, company policies, and documentation (including gate passes)
• Coordinate with warehouse and inbound teams to optimize operations
• Ensure proper loading techniques to prevent product damage
• Identify and resolve operational issues efficiently
• Prepare and manage the ground area for shift readiness
• Communicate delays, issues, and updates with management
• Maintain safety standards and inspect working areas and equipment
Requirements:
• 3+ years experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain, including 1–2 years in a Team Leader role (preferably Outbound/Dispatch)
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control, with familiarity in TMS/WMS systems
• Strong leadership, team management, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
