We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Cold Calling and Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. The ideal candidate is a skincare enthusiast with a warm personality, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building long-term customer relationships. You will be responsible for cold calling prospective clients, taking orders, answering customer service questions, and maintaining regular contact with our existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Cold Calling: Reach out to med spas, independent plastic surgeons, dermatologists, and licensed estheticians to introduce them to the products.
Customer Service: Answer product questions, provide excellent customer service, and take phone and email orders.
Client Check-ins: Conduct monthly check-ins with existing clients to maintain relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and identify upselling opportunities.
Order Management: Process and manage incoming orders, ensuring timely and accurate handling of customer requests.
Maintain CRM: Keep detailed records of client interactions, feedback, and any follow-up needed using CRM tools.
A passion for skincare and familiarity with professional skincare products.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Warm, friendly, and approachable demeanor.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
Previous experience in cold calling, customer service, or sales.
