Devsinc is looking for high-potential fresh graduates who are passionate about building a career in Outbound B2B Sales & Lead Generation, specifically targeting the North American market.
This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, a sales mindset, and the drive to succeed in a fast-paced, outbound-driven sales environment. You will work closely with experienced Sales and Global B2B teams to generate leads, qualify prospects, and build a strong sales pipeline through structured outreach and prospecting.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct market research to identify target companies and key decision-makers across North America and EMEA.
• Execute outbound outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and structured multi-channel prospecting sequences.
• Identify and understand customer pain points to initiate meaningful conversations.
• Qualify leads using frameworks like BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline).
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain and update CRM records, tracking outreach and pipeline progress.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to align messaging and targeting.
• Continuously build knowledge of market trends, buyer behavior, and Devsinc offerings.
Requirements:
• Fresh graduate (or up to 6 months experience) in Business, Sales, or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (must meet professional U.S. business standards).
• Demonstrated interest or exposure to sales, business development, or client interaction (internships, projects, societies, etc.)
• Confident, articulate, and comfortable engaging with international clients.
• Basic understanding of B2B sales or lead generation is a plus.
• Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn, Google Workspace, or CRM systems is a bonus.
