Like how Stripe enables developers to add payments to their platform and Unity enables you to build world-class games, Embeddable is the end-to-end developer platform for building seamless, lightning-fast customer-facing analytics directly into your product.

As a developer, adding a couple of charts to your online platform is easy. Scaling analytics to tens of thousands of end-users, who all have differing data needs and data questions, is a hard problem. Embeddable gives you the infrastructure and tools to rapidly build out your interactive in-product analytics in days, not months, and empowers your team to iterate on your analytics at the pace your customers need.

☺️ Who you are…

You’re an ambitious early career tech salesperson who’s adept at and excited by the hunt! You’re based in Ireland and want to build real sales skill, not just hit activity metrics. You’re excited by technical products and enjoy understanding how things work.

You’re especially comfortable picking up the phone and speaking to senior technical buyers and want to do outbound properly:

• Thoughtful targeting

• Personalised outreach

You’ll work directly with our Founding Account Executive to generate highly targeted outbound opportunities - this is precision, quality outbound, not spray and pray! - and you will use a cutting-edge AI stack (which you will have input on) to eliminate "busy work" in the process!

🔮 The magic you’ll perform…

Create High-Quality Outbound Pipeline

• Identify and research high-fit companies building customer-facing dashboards (there’s a lot of room for automation here).

• Craft personalised outbound campaigns.

• Make thoughtful outbound calls daily to targeted engineering and product leaders.

• Qualify global, greenfield opportunities before handing them over to the AE to do his thang.

• Comprehensive and detailed updating of key activities in the all-holy CRM - we really care about this.

Develop Deep Product Understanding

• Learn Embeddable’s platform inside out - we’re calling role a Product Consultant for a reason.

• Really understand our engineering and product use-cases.

• Speak confidently about front-end frameworks and embedded analytics.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Leadership to refine messaging.

• Continuously improve your positioning based on market feedback. Our buyers are technical and credibility really matters.

Continuously Hone Your Craft

• Track and analyse your outbound performance, with a focus on quality of conversations and conversion to closed revenue.

• Run experiments on messaging and targeting.

• Use AI and tooling to optimise research and workflow - we’ll fully support you in this.

• Get excited about call reviews and feedback sessions. ;)

• Contribute meaningful insights to improve our sales motion and continuously iterate on our outbound messaging.

• Take ownership over initial sales calls by month 6, with the view to becoming a Commercial/SMB AE within 9-12 months.

🤸 What you bring to the table…

Experience

• Approx 1 year in a BDR/SDR or outbound-heavy sales role (ideally SaaS) in a fast-paced environment.

• Proven track record of booking high-quality meetings through outbound activity.

• Experience selling to technical or product teams is a strong plus.

• Mastery of modern sales tooling (CRM, sequencing tools, prospecting tools) and a real opportunity to experiment, drive best practices and build highly effective systematic processes

Skills & Attributes

• Comfortable getting on the phone and quickly building rapport.

• AI-adoptive and -adaptive: you are actively exploring ways in which AI can make your workflows more efficient and help you spend your time on the most value tasks.

• Strong written communication: you can craft genuinely thoughtful outreach that cuts through the noise.

• Curious about technical products.

• Detail-oriented: your CRM notes are clean and complete.

• Proactive and self-directed.

• Resilience: you treat rejection as part of the process.

• Native or fluent English.

🤩 What you’ll get from us

• Base salary: €38,500 - €52,500 + commission based on 1) lead-to-POC conversion and 2) POC-to-revenue conversion
