About the Role
We are hiring an Outbound Email Growth Specialist to build and scale the agency’s email channel as a core growth engine.
This is a hands-on, execution-driven role focused on campaign strategy, copy testing, deliverability-friendly volume, segmentation, and performance optimization. The goal is to consistently generate qualified conversations and meetings through high-performing outbound email systems.
It sits at the intersection of growth marketing and outbound operations, combining strategy, experimentation, and daily execution.
You will work closely with leadership, marketing and sales team to continuously improve outbound performance and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
• Build, launch, and optimize email campaigns at scale
• Develop ICP definitions and segmentation strategies to improve targeting quality
• Write, test, and iterate outbound email copy and follow-up sequences
• Run A/B tests on subject lines, messaging angles, offers, and CTAs
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on response and booking rates
• Manage inbound positive replies and coordinate basic meeting scheduling
• Source, clean, enrich, and organize prospect lists for outbound campaigns
• Maintain strong data hygiene and campaign structure
• Support workflow inside Instantly and CRM platforms (HubSpot or similar)
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to align messaging and targeting strategy
• Continuously improve outbound systems, tools, and processes
Requirements:
• 4+ years of hands-on email marketing or growth experience.
• Proven experience running email campaigns end-to-end.
• Experience working with marketing agencies, B2B services, or complex service-based companies.
• Strong outbound copywriting experience.
• Hands-on experience with:
• HubSpot (required)
• Instantly or similar cold email tools
• Strong analytical and testing mindset.
• Self-directed, proactive, and comfortable owning projects independently.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
