Coins is fully regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) and is the first ever crypto-based company in Asia to hold both Virtual Currency and Electronic Money Issuer licenses from a central bank.
What you'll do:
• Assist with Coins tradedesk (OTC) middle office
• Adhere to and participate in improvement of Processes and documentation of SOP
• Support BAU tasks related to OTC trading and associated reporting
• Working closely with Coins’ engineering team, business partners, and service providers to drive enhancement of Coins’ trading systems
• Perform day-to-day calculation and analysis of back-end configuration to support token and trading pair management
• Collate and perform analysis to assist with decision making with regards to PnL optimization or process flow optimisation
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
What we expect from you:
• 1 year experience working in the crypto/ finance/ tech
• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and financial skills, with strong attention to detail
• You’re biased toward action, are a great collaborator, and can distill complex plans into clear and actionable tasks
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, highly analytical environment where multi-tasking and short timelines are met with consistent ability to achieve results
• Able to perform under pressure when required
• You’re able to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to get the task at hand done
