At our headquarters in Hellerup, Denmark, research facilities in Heidelberg, Germany, and additional offices across Europe and the United States, we are advancing programs in our Endocrinology Rare Disease and Oncology portfolios. We also collaborate with partners on the development of TransCon-based products in other therapeutic areas and markets.
We are seeking a passionate OTC controller to join our growing Global Finance team. You will play a key role in operating, controlling and optimizing the OTC processes in new and existing markets from a group perspective. This is an exciting opportunity to work cross-functionally with global colleagues as well as external partners to ensure that OTC processes are efficient and compliant.
You will be joining our newly established Order-to-Cash team, and report directly to Noomi Henning, Head of OTC Finance Operations. You will be based in Hellerup, Denmark.
Your key responsibilities will be:
• Ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant global revenue accounting and related operational OTC finance processes across markets and partners
• Participation in cross-functional new market/product launch projects
• Maintain OTC master data quality and ERP (D365FO) accuracy
• Support Finance stakeholders in IFRS and SOX compliance as well as VAT and tax requirements
• Maintain and continuously improve global OTC process documentation
Qualifications and Skills:
You hold a relevant academic degree – preferably a Bachelor or Master in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar – and/or 5-10 years of proven experience in accounting, preferably in the pharma industry.
Furthermore, you have:
• An analytical mindset with an organized approach to problem-solving
• High standard of accuracy, along with attention to deadlines and internal controls
• Experience with and an interest in financial systems, preferably Microsoft D365FO
• Familiarity with IFRS standards and international VAT/tax issues (advantage)
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English

Travel: App. 2-10 days per year.
