We are expanding our Cybersecurity practice and looking for our first dedicated team member in OT Security in Portugal. If you’re passionate about Industrial Control Systems (ICS), secure architectures, and bridging the IT/OT worlds, this is a great opportunity to grow in a highly specialized domain.

As an OT Security Consultant, you will be responsible for:

Core Responsibilities

• Designing, implementing, and supporting OT security architectures for client environments
• Participating in OT/ICS security projects, audits, and assessments
• Ensuring the protection of communications between IT and OT domains
• Providing consulting on ICS/SCADA systems, industrial networks, and OT best practices
• Contributing to documentation, security policies, network segmentation strategies, and architecture reviews

Additional Activities

• Potential involvement in pre‑sales discussions, proposals, and solution presentations
• Collaboration with the Cybersecurity team in Portugal and close interaction with the team in Spain

• 2–4 years of experience in OT/ICS security or related industrial environments
• Knowledge of ICS, SCADA, and OT technologies
• Familiarity with ICS communication protocols (e.g., MODBUS, DNP3, S7)
• Experience securing IT/OT communication flows
• Preferably, experience with OT security platforms:• Nozomi, Claroty, Fortinet, or similar

• Knowledge of European directives and OT cybersecurity regulations (bonus)
• Certification such as IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Fundamentals Specialist (preferred)
• Proactivity and strong willingness to learn
