Origination Analyst Intern

Details: 

• Paid, full-time summer internship

• The internship period is June 8, 2026 - August 14, 2026

• Austin, TX, or willing to relocate for the duration of the internship period

• Will be required to work in person from the office located in Austin

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing materials for customer meetings, proposals, and RFP responses;

• Organize and manage marketing materials, sales support content, and project documentation;

• Coordinate timelines and deadlines for proposals and marketing initiatives;

• Collaborate with internal teams (development, engineering, finance) to support project pricing and marketing efforts;

• Contribute to communication strategies by creating internal and external materials, including emails, presentations, and event documents;

• Support industry research by reviewing publicly available data and reports to inform commercial strategy;

• Create information and marketing materials for Aypa’s projects;

• Other duties as assigned or required.

Key Qualifications: 

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in a related field or industry equivalent;

• A strong interest in the renewable energy sector and a passion for decarbonization initiatives;

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

• Ability to take general and technical information to develop interesting and accessible content for project proposals, project marketing materials, and corporate marketing materials;

• Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel;

• Experience with MS Office Suite;

• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple work streams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment;

• Proven ability to work independently on multiple, concurrent projects with revolving, occasionally shifting deadlines and quick turnaround requests.
