The Organizational Development Training Senior Specialist position will serve as a key member of the PSS Organizational Development Team. 
General responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to, facilitate courses in introductory, professional development, and leadership areas, partner with technical SMEs to coordinate technical course creation, analyze OD data to provide meaningful metrics and trends, collaborate with PSS HR to coordinate Succession Planning and facilitate related training, strategize with operational leaders to provide OD solutions for their teams, and partner other members of the OD team to provide support/backup where necessary. This position will work in collaboration with senior leadership, the PSS OD team, and operational representatives from a variety of business units to create positive developmental experiences for staff.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• • Facilitate courses in introductory, professional development, and leadership areas (such as DiSC, StrengthsFinder, PSS Pillars, etc.) both virtually and in-person
• Research/review new content and design new courses when necessary
• Learn the onboarding process (facilitation and preparation) for PSS as well as how OD supports other Eurofins legal entities with new employees
• Manage technical training curriculum project – partner with senior leaders to determine necessary content and work with operational SMEs to build trainings
• Coach individual leaders for development and growth
• Lead Technical Training Committee or utilize other appropriate forum for supporting the tech training initiative
• Analyze OD data to establish and demonstrate meaningful metrics and trends
• Collaborate with PSS HR to coordinate Succession Planning and facilitate related trainings
• Strategize with operational leaders to provide OD solutions for their teams
• Assist with creation of eLearnings for varied content to include culture courses, professional development, and technical trainings
• Manage/administer assessments and accounts for DiSC
• • Learn new digital tools when necessary to support transitions and improvements
• Provide support and back-up for other members of the OD team as necessary to ensure team alignment and continuity
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality and flex schedule at times for work with other time zones or to respond to urgencies

Basic Minimum Qualifications: 
• Clear and engaging presentation and communication skills
• Ability and comfort navigating conflict resolution with individuals and teams
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
Additional Information
• Position is full-time, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. 
• Role may offer hybrid working opportunity after initial training period
