We are seeking a full-time Organizational Development Specialist to support the processing, coordination, and delivery of training programs, employee rewards, and company policies that promote a stronger, more effective workplace. This individual will be detail oriented and highly organized as they will support functions across payroll, human resources, talent sourcing, training and development for the Team of Companies.
The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with internal and external partners. This position reports to our Senior Human Resources Generalist.
Skills & Qualifications include:
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
Strong communication skills and the ability to comfortably present to all levels of the organization, including facilitating sessions both virtually and in person.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel (vLookups, pivot tables, basic formulas), and Outlook.
Proven payroll experience and understanding of wage laws, certified payroll, calculating and applying fringe benefits.
Working knowledge of Sage and HH2, preferred.
Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance processes, preferred.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality involving personnel records.
Support event setup and breakdown while ensuring smooth engaging on-site experiences.
Ability to work on an occasional weekend and/or evening.
