What We're Looking for:
• Translating business strategy into performance, talent, and experience frameworks,
• Reimagining HR processes to unlock speed, scale, and value,
• Managing a prioritized process improvement backlog with ruthless focus,
• Partnering with HRIS to define technical needs and support testing,
• Leading change management — from stakeholder buy-in to training rollout,
• Driving large-scale HR initiatives as a hands-on program manager,
• You thrive in complexity, move fast with clarity, and know that bold design is the future of HR.


Qualifications:
• Mininmum 5 years of experience in performance management, talent management, career management, employee experience design, and organizational development,
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships across stakeholders,
• Results‑oriented, with the agility to adapt quickly to changing priorities,
• Analytical mindset and a systematic approach to process improvement,
• Strong presentation and documentation abilities,
• Team‑oriented, with the ability to lead and govern when required,
• Good command of English (written and verbal).
