The Role

At Viva.com, we are enhancing our organizational controls and strengthening secure, intelligent access across all systems. As an Organizational Controls Officer, you will support the design and governance of access management processes, ensuring compliance, automation, and seamless collaboration across the business.

Responsibilities

Design, implement and manage Identity and Access Management solutions across  the organization.
Optimize, standardize, and automate IAM and access-related processes using technology and AI capabilities.
Maintain and manage access correlations across systems, ensuring that each business role has the correct and appropriate technical permissions.
Collaborate with Business Role Owners to understand their operational needs, guide them in submitting correct and compliant access requests.
Monitor and maintain compliance with organizational controls, audit standards, and regulatory frameworks.
Analyze, design, and maintain access packages, groups, and automated workflows within MS Entra, ensuring alignment with security policies, governance frameworks, and SoD controls.
Process, validate, and monitor access requests using MS Entra, Jira, Power Apps, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and complete approval trails.
Assist with internal/external audits, access-related evidence collection, and mandated periodic reporting.
Work closely with System Engineers, Information Security, Cyber Security, Internal Audit, HR, and Business Owners to ensure consistent access governance, risk mitigation, and operational alignment.
Monitor and rationalize license usage across systems to ensure cost efficiency, proper allocation, and alignment with role-based access and governance policies.
Manage the full access lifecycle (onboarding, leavers, movers, third parties), ensuring correct provisioning and deprovisioning across all systems.
Execute and monitor periodic access recertification cycles for critical systems/ applications and Business Roles.
