✨ Key Responsibilities:

Strategic support

• Own and drive the organic YouTube growth strategy, focusing on sustainable audience growth, watch time, and conversion impact.

• Define and evolve the video content strategy in collaboration with a production agency, aligning formats, cadence, and business goals.

• Own YouTube channel management, including uploads, metadata optimization (titles, descriptions, tags), playlists, and overall SEO health.

• Turn analytics, audience behavior, and SEO data into actionable decisions that improve long-term channel performance.

• Identify cross-platform growth opportunities (long-form, Shorts, Community, playlists) and align video strategy with Social Media, CRM, and SEO teams.

Creative skills

• Lead end-to-end video ideation and planning, ensuring content is audience-first and aligned with Welltech’s wellness mission.

• Create clear, performance-driven creative briefs for agencies, internal teams, and external creators.

• Analyze video performance (CTR, retention, watch time, subscriptions) to continuously optimize formats, topics, and storytelling.

• Conduct keyword and competitor research to uncover trends, gaps, and high-impact content opportunities.

Strong management

• Manage and prioritize a complex content roadmap across multiple channels, creators, and stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and high execution standards.

• Build and manage relationships with content creators, coaches, and influencers — including outreach, briefing, idea development, negotiation, and long-term collaboration planning.

• Work cross-functionally with Social Media, CRM, SEO, Product, and Growth teams to align messaging, campaigns, and distribution strategies.

Required professional skills

• 2 years of experience in organic video growth, Content strategy, or a similar role.

• Expertise in SEO, content discoverability, and audience growth strategies.

• Proven experience building and executing video strategies from ideation through production and optimization.

• Deep understanding of analytics and performance metrics, with the ability to turn data into strategic decisions.

• Exceptional organizational, project management, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.

• Experience collaborating with external agencies and managing creative production workflows.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills, particularly when working with creators, coaches, and cross-functional teams.

• Ability to operate autonomously, proactively identify opportunities, and take full ownership of outcomes.

• Upper-intermediate or advanced English level.

Additional qualities that may be helpful

• Knowledge of YouTube Shorts, Community posts, and emerging video formats.

• Experience working closely with Social Media, CRM, and SEO teams to maximize organic reach and impact.

• Familiarity with wellness, fitness, or health-tech content and audiences.

• Experience managing creator partnerships, UGC, and community-driven content.

• Comfort using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for ideation, scripting, optimization, and workflow efficiency.

• A genuine passion for content, storytelling, and building meaningful wellness experiences through video.
