Job Title: Organic / Performance Content Designer

Location: Remote LATAM

Schedule: Central Time (9-5 Full-Time)

Suggested salary range: $1,600 – $2,800 (Negotiable based on experience and seniority)

We are seeking a creative Organic / Performance Content Designer to produce high-quality assets for social media, paid ads, and client deliverables. This role is focused on creating content quickly and efficiently using tools like Canva, AI image/video generation, and emerging creative platforms.

The ideal candidate is resourceful, creative, and comfortable working with limited inputs to produce performance-driven content.

Responsibilities

Content Creation

• Design static and video assets for ads and social
• Produce content using Canva and similar tools
• Generate creative assets using AI tools (image/video)
• Adapt content across formats and platforms

Performance-Oriented Design

• Create assets aligned with marketing goals
• Iterate creatives based on performance feedback
• Test variations of creatives for optimization
• Support ad creative refresh cycles

Client Deliverables

• Produce content for client-facing deliverables
• Work within brand guidelines when available
• Fill creative gaps when clients lack assets
• Maintain quality and consistency across outputs

Creative Workflow Management

• Manage multiple content requests simultaneously
• Deliver assets on tight timelines
• Organize files and maintain creative libraries
• Collaborate with marketing and paid media teams

Requirements:
• 2–5 years of experience in content design or creative roles

• Strong experience with Canva or similar tools
• Experience with AI image and/or video generation tools
• Ability to produce content quickly and independently
• Strong design sense and attention to detail
• Experience designing for paid media (Meta, Google, etc.)
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)

Preferred Background

• Experience with motion design or video editing
• Familiarity with tools like Veo or similar AI video platforms
• Understanding of performance marketing principles
• Experience working with US-based clients
