As Organic Growth Marketing Manager at voize, you’ll build and scale a content engine designed to drive measurable impact. Essential to our growth strategy, you’ll turn complex digital health topics into targeted, conversion-oriented content that attracts, nurtures, and activates leads. Your work will directly fuel pipeline creation, empower care leaders with high-value insights, and amplify the impact of a product people truly love.

🚀 Your Daily Business - No two days are alike

• Build the content engine. Own voize’s content strategy and fuel the funnel: awareness blogs that spark curiosity, case studies that build conviction, nurture sequences that close deals.

• Win hearts through stories. Interview nursing leaders. Find the human truth beneath the metrics. Turn "we saved 2 hours per nurse" into “Nurses leave on time and spend those two hours with residents instead of admin."

• Think in systems, ship with speed. Create repeatable frameworks for content creation. Test fast, learn faster. Every piece teaches you what converts.

• Master the craft. Write case studies that read like stories, not spec sheets. Craft LinkedIn posts that stop the scroll. Build email sequences people actually open.

• Turn complexity into clarity. Make AI governance policies feel approachable. Translate EHR integrations into benefits care directors can visualise.

• Own your impact. Track your metrics, turn them into insights. Know which content drives qualified leads, which nurtures deals, which accelerates pipeline velocity.

• Amplify what works. Find the content formats that resonate. Double down. Kill what doesn't. Move fast.

• Partner like a founder. Work hand-in-hand with Sales to understand objections. Collaborate with Product to surface customer insights. Be the voice of the customer in every room.

🤝 Your Skillset - What you bring to the table

• You're a storyteller who thinks in funnels. You have gained relevant experience in Growth Marketing (B2B), ideally in SaaS or regulated industries like healthcare.

• Your writing stands out. Native/bilingual German writer who crafts narratives that feel human, not AI-generated. You make complex topics simple and compelling.

• You connect content to revenue. You map content to funnel stages (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU). You know which formats drive MQLs and which accelerate deals. Numbers tell you what's working.

• You're journalistic at heart. You ask the right questions. You listen for the story beneath the story. You turn 30-minute customer interviews into content gold.

• You move fast. Experience with HubSpot, CMS platforms, SEO/GEO optimization. You ship, measure, iterate. Speed is your advantage.

• You think like an entrepreneur. Agency background? Journalism + B2B experience? Scrappy startup veteran? We want people who've learned to do more with less.
