Required Skills
Job Description
Founded in 2017, Slite has become a key player in the knowledge base space, praised for our ease of use, attention to detail, and stellar customer experience. In 2025, we're expanding our vision with Super, our second product that makes AI ready-to-use at work by syncing company data and providing teams with powerful recipes and tools for immediate AI implementation.
We foster a culture of deep trust and care while embracing direct feedback and pushing boundaries, driven by a doer mentality that delivers results no matter what. We take pride in exceptional craft across everything that touches our customers' experience. As a fully remote company, our team operates within EU timezones, helping us stay connected while reducing our CO2 footprint.
We're looking for someone to own and grow organic acquisition across Super and Slite. In this role, you'll lead our organic growth engine: SEO and GEO. You'll be strategic, staying ahead of how search and AI discovery are evolving, while coordinating the people and initiatives that drive results.
What you'll do
Own the organic growth strategy across SEO and GEO, deciding where to focus based on what moves the needle.
Coordinate freelancers, agencies, and/or internal contributors to execute on it.
Stay on top of how AI is changing search and discovery, and make sure we're visible where prospects are looking.
Run experiments, whether that's micro apps, new content formats, or emerging channels - and double down on what works.
Track performance, define the right metrics (traffic, demos, AI visibility), and report on what's working.
Who you are
You have 2-4 years of experience in SEO, content strategy, or organic growth.
You're willing to be more strategist than executor: you know how to coordinate freelancers and internal stakeholders, not just write content yourself.
You're genuinely curious about how AI is reshaping search. You've thought about GEO, you follow the space, and you have opinions.
You're structured and autonomous. You can take ownership of a channel without needing constant direction.
You're comfortable with ambiguity. We don't have all the answers yet, and we're looking for someone who can help us figure out what to measure and where to focus.
