POSITION

From language learning to productivity and skill development, our education portfolio reaches millions of users worldwide. At the center of this ecosystem is Learna AI, our flagship language learning app, alongside multiple fast-scaling education products across different verticals. Now, we’re looking for an Organic Growth Manager (SEO) to take our organic and paid acquisition to the next level.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING?

Uncover high-impact opportunities through deep keyword research and search intent analysis - translating user behavior into content strategies that drive organic visibility and engagement.

•
Own technical SEO end-to-end: site architecture, crawlability, indexability, mobile responsiveness, and page speed - ensuring every site is fully optimised.

•
Partner with the content team to build and optimise SEO-driven content across blogs, landing pages, and product descriptions - using AI tools to scale smarter and faster.

•
Monitor, and analyse - continuously surfacing growth opportunities and deploying data-driven strategies that move the needle on organic traffic.

•
Strengthen domain authority through comprehensive backlink analysis, competitor benchmarking, and long-tail keyword research that reveals new ranking opportunities.

•
Sharpen on-page performance by recommending and implementing improvements to site structure, internal linking, and on-page elements for target keyword rankings.

•
Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, developers, and product managers to embed SEO best practices into every build and launch.

•
Track, report, and optimise in real time using GA4, GSC, and Looker Studio - turning performance data into actionable strategy.

•
Align closely with the performance marketing team to hit - and beat - daily, weekly, and monthly traffic and revenue targets.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING?

•
4+ years of hands-on SEO and digital marketing experience, backed by a strong portfolio of successful strategies and content.

•
Deep expertise in technical, on-page, and off-page SEO - with the ability to translate performance data into clear, actionable insights.

•
A sharp eye for diagnosing technical SEO issues: crawl errors, indexing inefficiencies, Core Web Vitals, and UX improvements that boost both visibility and engagement.

•
Solid experience with content management systems and advanced keyword optimisation techniques that drive organic growth.

•
A thorough understanding of Google's ranking factors and how to leverage them effectively.

•
Proficiency across industry-standard tools including Google Search Console, Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Deepcrawl.

•
Working knowledge of GA4 and Looker Studio as a minimum - advanced proficiency a strong advantage.

•
Confidence using AI tools to enhance output, efficiency, and scale.

•
Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks (Next.js, Nuxt.js) and how they impact technical SEO, plus a working knowledge of HTML/CSS.

•
A self-starter mindset - you take ownership, work independently, and thrive with minimal supervision.

•
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
