Job Description
About VIDIZMO
VIDIZMO is a U.S.-based technology company headquartered in Tysons, Virginia, and a certified Microsoft Solutions Partner across Data & AI, Infrastructure, and Digital & App Innovation. Through our AI-powered Intelligence Hub, we help Fortune 500 enterprises, government agencies, and public sector organizations securely manage, analyze, and govern complex data — with full control and compliance.
Our Multimodal AI Data Intelligence Platform harnesses Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to deliver capabilities including automated tagging, redaction, summarization, OCR, translation, subtitle generation, object detection and tracking, intelligent search, sentiment and emotion analysis, topic extraction, document classification, and facial recognition.
The Role
We're looking for an Organic Growth Marketing Specialist to own and scale our non-paid growth engine across search, content, AI-driven discovery (AEO), product-led acquisition, and lifecycle touchpoints. This role sits at the intersection of SEO, AEO, content strategy, analytics, and product growth — with a clear mandate: turn market demand into discoverable content, and convert organic visibility into qualified pipeline and revenue.
You'll work closely with Product, Sales, and RevOps to ensure our content, messaging, and product positioning consistently reflect real-world buyer intent. This is a high-ownership, high-visibility position with a direct line to GTM strategy and measurable revenue impact.
What You'll Own
Organic Growth Strategy
Own end-to-end organic strategy across SEO, AEO, and inbound channels
Optimize content for search engines and AI answer platforms — Google SGE, featured snippets, Perplexity, ChatGPT, and emerging AI search surfaces
Drive discoverability for high-intent, use-case-specific, and decision-stage queries
Optimize organic journeys from first touch → demo → closed revenue
Partner with RevOps on attribution modeling, lifecycle tracking, and funnel reporting
Content Creation & AI-Assisted Production
Research, plan, and produce high-quality content including long-form blogs, landing pages, use case pages, comparison pages, and thought leadership pieces
Leverage AI writing tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Jasper, or similar) to accelerate content production — drafting, ideation, repurposing, and formatting
Ensure all AI-assisted content is thoroughly reviewed, fact-checked, and refined before publication — AI accelerates your output; your judgment defines its quality
Maintain a consistent editorial voice aligned with VIDIZMO's brand and enterprise audience
Translate complex technical capabilities (LLMs, RAG, multimodal AI) into clear, compelling content that resonates with buyers across industries
Insights & Cross-Functional Influence
Translate organic search data into actionable insights for Product (feature demand signals, emerging terminology, use case gaps)
Align content strategy with market demand, product positioning, and Sales messaging
Communicate performance clearly to leadership and cross-functional teams through dashboards, reports, and recommendations
AI Output Verification & Accountability (Required Competency)
We actively use AI tools to move faster — and we expect this role to do the same. However, AI-generated output is never the final product. The candidate must demonstrate strong judgment and full ownership of every deliverable, regardless of how it was produced.
This means:
Validating accuracy, factual completeness, and logical coherence of AI-assisted content
Ensuring alignment with compliance requirements, brand standards, and business objectives
Refining AI output to meet publication-ready quality — not just reviewing it for surface errors
You are accountable for the final output. The tool is a resource; the responsibility is yours.
Candidates who treat AI as a shortcut rather than a capability multiplier are not the right fit for this role.
Tools You'll Work With
Analytics: GA4, Google Search Console, HubSpot
SEO / AEO: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, SERP tracking tools
Content & AI: Claude, ChatGPT, Jasper, Surfer SEO, Clearscope, or equivalent
Reporting: Looker Studio, HubSpot dashboards, custom performance reports
Collaboration: Slack, Notion, Jira, or similar project tools
How We'll Measure Your Success
Growth in organic traffic and AI-driven discoverability for high-intent queries
Volume and quality of organic-sourced MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline contribution
Conversion rate improvements across organic funnels
Content output volume and quality, including AI-assisted pieces
Actionable market insights that influence GTM decisions and product roadmap
Required Skills:
BS degree in CS, IT, Business, Marketing, or any relevant field
5+ years in organic growth, SEO, content marketing, or inbound growth roles
Proven hands-on experience with AEO and modern search behavior (AI Overviews, SGE, conversational search)
Strong B2B SaaS or regulated-market experience (enterprise, government, healthcare, legal, or similar)
Demonstrated ability to connect search demand → content → pipeline → revenue
Proficiency with AI writing tools and a clear, principled approach to reviewing and owning AI-assisted output
Comfortable producing and editing long-form B2B content independently
Analytical mindset — able to build dashboards, forecast organic performance, and report to leadership
Nice to Have:
Experience with GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) or brand citation strategies for AI platforms
Familiarity with HubSpot for lifecycle tracking and organic attribution
Background in enterprise tech, compliance-heavy industries, or public sector marketing
Experience collaborating with RevOps, Product, or Sales on GTM strategy
Why This Role Matters
Organic is a core growth lever at VIDIZMO — not a support function. This role carries direct influence over product positioning, buyer messaging, and revenue pipeline. If you're a strategic thinker who can write well, use AI tools responsibly, and connect content to commercial outcomes, this is where you'll do your best work.
Benefits: Health Insurance (OPD/IPD), Daily Lunch Facility, Separate Maternity Cover, Leave encashment, Car Support Program, Referral Bonus, EOBI, Bi-Annual Increment. Provident Fund, Career Growth, Bonus (benefits vary based on location)
