This role is based in our 5 Howick Place office, where you will join a team of Order to Invoice (OTI) Specialists working within the GBS team. Providing audit and compliance / administrative support by processing opportunities and invoicing orders. This role demands excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise tasks based on business needs and targets.
Key tasks:
• Understanding CRM systems; Salesforce & HubSpot
• Using invoicing systems Certina (previously FinancialForce) & Sage.
• Conduct audit and compliance checks on contracts and opportunities in Final Review.
• Run Weekly Unbilled & Monthly Volumes reporting that is shared with the wider business.
• Maintaining the daily unbilled reports for multiple products and achieving low to zero unbilled numbers every month and year end.
• Facilitating credits and rebills when requested.
• Creating ad-hoc Salesforce reports when required.
 
• Essential: Understanding of company / billing entities, sanctions understanding & some tax knowledge.
• Ability to use cognitive thinking to resolve complex queries by communicating and working with stakeholders and in a timely manner.
• Ability to work independently as well as supporting the wider OTI team in other areas.
