Order Selector

Join Parallel Employment as an Order Selector and contribute to the efficient operation of our warehouse team. You will be responsible for selecting and preparing orders accurately to ensure timely delivery to our customers. This role requires attention to detail, speed, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare customer orders according to specified guidelines and procedures
• Use handheld scanning devices to track inventory and order status
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area
• Conduct quality checks and report any damaged or incorrect items
• Coordinate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment

Requirements:
• Previous experience in an order selector or warehouse role preferred
• Proficient using RF scanners and inventory management systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Physical capability to handle lifting up to 50 lbs as needed
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including potential evening and weekend shifts
